Leveraged profitability calculator for Spanish real estate. IRR, cash-on-cash, DSCR, full cashflow projection and early-exit simulation across three scenarios — the model I was rebuilding in Excel every time, made permanent.
Consumer savings comparison for the Spanish market. Finds better prices on everyday purchases, with the comparison logic handled by language models instead of a hand-maintained ruleset.
A unified dataset of the Spanish primary sector, mapped province by province and — this is the point — comparable across autonomous communities, which the source data is not. It is built to carry real work on both the public and the private side: biosecurity, public risk and mortality measurement, traceability, and the identification of holdings, censuses and owners. Access is restricted for now.
A weighted aggregation framework for alpha extraction in decentralised perpetual futures. Three layers — wallet scoring, a consensus engine with exponential decay, and fractional Kelly execution — that turn raw on-chain activity on Hyperliquid into position sizing.
